Abstract
["Forget everything you learned about imperialism, exploitation and abundance of natural resources. After decades of studies, modern social scientists have concluded that the determining factor of the success or failure of a nation is the amount that she has "social capital". What the hell, come to be? Roughly one can say that in the process of economic interaction among members of a society, not only accumulates physical capital - money - but also social capital that is equity of institutions, interpersonal relations and codes of conduct that the community assimilates. At the end, is not the amount of economic capital, but the social capital that determines whether the community tends to success or failure".]
