Abstract
["When speaking of Ethical Management, it is necessary to distinguish some important points. Management, Administration and Management, are not synonymous, although unfortunately it is normal grossly level the three concepts. But why is this distinction important to the ethical question? The answer is incisive: because to enable the rescue of Ethics in Business this is more convincing. And it is simple to understand, because the management (gestain, Greek, lead) has two distinct, but complementary strands, or the Government Administration and Control or Management. Government management is to control. Government is not control. Who wants to "lead" and must have government, that is, to know where you're going, what you want to accomplish. And also must have control, ie not lose the path set by the Government".]
