Abstract
This work is a piece of a paper presented at the International Conference "From the past to deal with future regional cooperation and global challenges reconciliation "held in Berlin in 2005. introduction It's been twenty years since in Guatemala began to talk about "democracy" to end a long history of military dictatorships that sowed terror and Death. It has been almost nine years after the signing of the Peace that ended with a 36-year armed conflict.
