Abstract
En el tema del mes de mayo, un análisis de la propuesta sobre las “nuevas guerras” de Mary Kaldor, opuestas a las “viejas guerras” entre Estados, propias del siglo XIX y la primera mitad del siglo XX" ["Globalization, understood as a higher-level interface to different political, economic, cultural and military apparently is staking sovereignty state to blur the borders and allow more people to contact levels the state apparatus can not control. Wars are also being modified, no only actors involved in them, but also in how they are funded, who are most affected and how they get to at least a temporary solution that allows long-term agreements. In the May issue, an analysis of the proposal on the "new wars" of Mary Kaldor, opposed to the "old wars" between states, own nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century"]
