Abstract

"En este artículo se estudiará el conflicto que afecta a Bolivia en nuestros días aplicando la metódica de Galtung: diagnóstico/pronóstico /terapia. El diagnóstico abarca tres pasos: identificar las partes que intervienen en el conflicto, los objetivos de cada una y enunciar el conflicto o contradicción principal. El pronóstico contempla dos aspectos, uno negativo, cuáles son las cosas perjudiciales que pueden ocurrir si no cambiamos el rumbo. El otro aspecto se refiere a las cosas positivas que pueden ocurrir si no hacemos nada. Finalmente, la terapia responde a qué es necesario hacer, a quién convocar, qué procedimiento utilizar y cómo actuar para resolver o mejorar (trascender) el conflicto. Se trata de un diseño donde se combinan los futuros posibles con los futuros deseables" ["Diagnosis involves three steps: identify the parties involved in the conflict, the goals of each and state the main conflict or contradiction.
