Abstract
Las tasas de crecimiento económico globales son al respecto bastante elocuentes: países emergentes, un 5 por ciento; Estados Unidos, un 4 por ciento; Japón, un 3 por ciento; Unión Europea, un 0 por ciento" [" Universities in Europe in this millennium are different, there are new dangers, especially the result of the degradation of terrestrial and marine ecosystems and the growth of inequality, of which terrorism is but a byproduct.  The status of research and innovation in Europe is hypercritical, because the EU is about to get off the global economic locomotive. The global economic growth rates are quite eloquent about emerging nations, 5 percent; United States, 4 percent; Japan, 3 percent; European Union 0 percent"]
