Abstract
"La problemática de abasto irregular e insalubre de agua que se espera en la Zona Metropolitana del Valle de México en el 2025, implica una estrategia a priori y a posteriori considerando el contexto socio histórico de la megalópolis. 1. Delimitación del problema La problemática del agua en el mundo esta interconectada climática y económicamente. Por ejemplo  El 97.5% es salada, 2.24% es dulce y solo 1% esta disponible en ríos, lagos y acuíferos para el consumo humano.  113000 km3 de agua, se precipitan anualmente. En el mundo, 7100 km3 se evapora, 42000 km3 regresa a los océanos y se filtra a los acuíferos.  Anualmente, el 70% entre 9000 y 14000 km3 mantienen los ecosiste 002)". It is estimated that in 2025 80 % of the world population will be high scarcity ( Toledo, 2002)".]
