Abstract
Esta última fue progresivamente hegemonizada por los partidos políticos quienes a su vez se vieron bajo la influencia creciente de las finanzas en el llamado “mercado de ideas”" ["Although in modern democracy was fundamentally linked to popular movements and was perceived of as opposed to the liberal streams, degradation of the democratic ideal of electoral rotation governance reduced the incidence and presence of civil society in political society. The latter was progressively hegemonized by political parties who in turn were under the growing influence of finance in the so-called "marketplace of ideas""]
