Abstract
Can not live without believing , as one can not live without exercising the right to express themselves and, more to report. Information is an economic good , and is so valuable, you pay for it, is paid to suppress or distort it and get it paid for , even if you have to kill the possessor . The information is not only valuable , but has a price , so it is a commodity. Both freedom of expression and freedom of information are human needs. The man needs to be informed , so the freedom of information should be free . It is important information that cybernetics has taken and the computer has become . You spoken of computer science because they see the cyber been located at that level, and in its theoretical conception , has given a treatment by providing information that is computing"]
