Abstract
["With the addition of an increasing part of social life in market transactions , no wonder the privatization of the management of water systems and the distribution of the precious liquid . However, it is not clear that this process offers appropriate solutions to meet the multiple roles and demands arising in a watershed , especially in so far as agricultural production is marketed , industrial production is intensified and population density rises . Moreover, the withdrawal of support for rural production that accompanied the international economic integration in many parts of Latin America, many of the communities that had traditionally occupied the maintenance of complex ecosystems as a normal part of their production processes have longer used in this work , as they require income rural activity is not able to provide".]
