Abstract
"El sector de la pequeña y mediana empresa (Pyme) atrae una atención especial por parte de los gobiernos y del sector privado de América Latina y del Caribe. No obstante, las Pymes se enfrentan a varios problemas que obstaculizan su desarrollo. Estos incluyen un difícil acceso a los mercados de materias primas y de bienes finales y la carencia de una política y ambiente regulatorio que faciliten el crecimiento de estas empresas. Diversos organismos internacionales, fundaciones y ONGs desarrollan distintas actividades para apoyar el desarrollo de las PYMES incluyendo ntre otras, apoyo a la innovación y a la difusión de la tecnología, promoción de cadenas productivas, fomentar el espíritu emprendedor y mejorar el marco regulatorio empresarial. El autor analiza en este artículo la importancia del factor humano y su capacitación para el éxito de las pequeñas empresas". ["The sector of small and medium enterprises ( SMEs) attracts special attention from governments and the private sector in Latin America and the Caribbean. However , SMEs face a number of problems that hinder its development. These include difficult access to markets for raw materials and finished goods and the lack of a policy and regulatory environment to facilitate the growth of these companies. Various international organizations , foundations and NGOs to develop various activities to support the development of SMEs including mong others, support innovation and diffusion of technology , promotion of productive chains , encourage entrepreneurship and improve the business regulatory framework. The author discusses in this article the importance of the human factor and training for the success of small businesses".]

Export search results

The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Different formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

By default, clicking on the export buttons will result in a download of the allowed maximum amount of items.

To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.

After making a selection, click one of the export format buttons. The amount of items that will be exported is indicated in the bubble next to export format.
