Abstract
["In today's "global economic dis-order" a perverse logic that prevails in places gain the upper value of things, who despises human rights and responds to a universalist vision of competition and consumption. This order "upside down", which happens to be equalizing in ideas and tastes imposed, but unequal opportunities and sharing cakes it generates, has been very effective in simultaneously to globalize privileges businesses transnational and marginalization of billions of people. The wave of "free trade" promoted by the World Trade Organization and bilaterally by the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) is a characteristic feature of the current phase that capitalism presents us".]
