Abstract
["Recognising that poverty, far from diminishing, has increased on a global scale has made the issue of inequality is at the center of debate1 ; turning around her all those messages , such as warning voices , for decades , have been launching different sectors of opinion in relation to old themes with new faces : poverty , gender, violation of human rights , environmental degradation , migration, among the most urgent . Definitely , these messages have been translated to their size and economic, social , political and cultural implications , have enabled update knowledge and progress in the formulation of proposals , novel or rejuvenated , about poverty and exclusion, having before him a seemingly triumphant liberalism. Moreover, they have been induced to remain in force, but with new arguments, the old struggle - theory and praxis , between egalitarian and libertarian , ie , between those who argue that the principle of equality between individuals is above the top freedom ( absolute) of the individual, and vice versa. This, without losing sight of that , beyond pushing the limits and conditions of this apparent Manichaeism, underlying theme of justice".]
