Abstract
"No es novedad afirmar que la educación es un paso importante para garantizar la apertura a mejores oportunidades de desarrollo personal y social. En ese sentido, en los países de América Latina y el Caribe existen avances significativos, sobre todo, en materia de paridad de género, cobertura y expansión educativa. Esos avances deben, sin embargo, acompañarse de mejoras sustanciales para que todos los niños y todas las niñas dispongan de una educación de calidad, adaptada a sus necesidades y a las exigencias que las nuevas realidades imponen. Asimismo, las sociedades deben generar profundas transformaciones que garanticen que hombres y mujeres de todos los orígenes y edades tengan acceso a las mismas condiciones laborales y las mismas oportunidades. Esta investigación, basada en el análisis de encuestas de hogares y estudios especiales sobre educación, empleo, uso del tiempo y población, pretende llamar la atención sobre los desafíos que aún persisten y que están relacionados con las desigualdades socioeconómicas, étnicas y de género, y con la calidad de la educación" ["It's not news that education is an important opening to ensure better opportunities for personal and social development step. In this regard , significant progress , especially in terms of gender parity, coverage and educational expansion in Latin America and the Caribbean. These advances should , however , be accompanied by substantial improvements for all children and all girls have a quality education tailored to their needs and requirements that impose new realities . Also , companies must generate profound changes to ensure that men and women of all backgrounds and ages have access to the same working conditions and equal opportunities . This research, based on analysis of household surveys and special studies on education, employment, time use and population , to draw attention to the challenges that still exist and are related to socio-economic , ethnic and gender inequalities , and to quality education"]

Export search results

The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Different formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

By default, clicking on the export buttons will result in a download of the allowed maximum amount of items.

To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.

After making a selection, click one of the export format buttons. The amount of items that will be exported is indicated in the bubble next to export format.
