Abstract
["In this document the complex relationship between economic growth, employment, labor productivity and income distribution is analyzed. This takes into account complementary perspectives: Firstly, it explores the ways in which the labor force and labor policies can help accelerate sustainable economic growth. Furthermore, the evolution of employment, their characteristics and their impact on the distribution can not be understood without analyzing its relationship with economic growth and the productive and institutional structure of the economy".]
