Abstract
["In recent years there has been a progressive in Spain massification of medical practices which has resulted in an easily verifiable times decrease patient care, with a serious risk for quality of care and therefore the health of patients. This creates concern in both the medical profession and the society, given that this is not a cyclical deficit, but a chronic and refractory growing problem to the solutions so far have been attempted to apply".]
