Abstract

"Real Decreto 176/2004, de 30 de enero, por el que se aprueba el Estatuto del Centro Nacional de Trasplantes y Medicina Regenerativa. La disposición adicional única de la Ley 45/2003, de 21 de noviembre, por la que se modifica la Ley 35/1988, de 22 de noviembre, sobre técnicas de reproducción asistida, ha creado el Centro Nacional de Trasplantes y Medicina Regenerativa, como organismo público con la naturaleza de organismo autónomo encargado de coordinar, gestionar y fomentar la política de trasplantes y medicina regenerativa en España y de representar a nuestro sistema sanitario ante organismos nacionales e internacionales por lo que se refiere a ambas materias".
