Abstract
"Real Decreto 176/2004, de 30 de enero, por el que se aprueba el Estatuto del Centro Nacional de Trasplantes y Medicina Regenerativa. La disposición adicional única de la Ley 45/2003, de 21 de noviembre, por la que se modifica la Ley 35/1988, de 22 de noviembre, sobre técnicas de reproducción asistida, ha creado el Centro Nacional de Trasplantes y Medicina Regenerativa, como organismo público con la naturaleza de organismo autónomo encargado de coordinar, gestionar y fomentar la política de trasplantes y medicina regenerativa en España y de representar a nuestro sistema sanitario ante organismos nacionales e internacionales por lo que se refiere a ambas materias". ["Royal Decree 176/2004 of 30 January, the Statute of the National Center of Transplantation and Regenerative Medicine is approved. The only additional provision of Law 45/2003, of 21 November, amending Law 35/1988, of 22 November, amending assisted reproductive techniques has created the Center National Transplant and Regenerative Medicine, as a public body with nature of the independent body responsible for coordinating, managing and promoting politics transplant and regenerative medicine in Spain and represent our health system at national and international agencies so that refers to both subjects".]
