Breve aproximación crítica al Real Decreto 2132/2004 [Brief critical approach to Royal Decree 2132/2004]

Abstract

"Se analiza en este estudio los cambios que ha supuesto el reciente Real Decreto (2132/2004) del nuevo gobierno respecto al destino de los embriones crioconservados y la utilización para investigación de sus estructuras biológicas tras descongelación. Del análisis se desprende que el nuevo ejecutivo ha bloqueado la reforma realizada por el anterior gobierno con la ley 45/2003 al dejar sin contenido al Centro Nacional de Medicina Regenerativa, produciendo por un lado, mayor descontrol en las investigaciones y por otro, colisión con mandatos específi cos de la ley 45/2003" .
