Abstract
["The clonation is the prerequisit for obtaining the embryonar steam cells. The status of the clon represents an one of the most controversial quaestions in Bioethics. The biological reasons why the artifi cial generation of the clon hurts the elementarest rights are at length weighted. And the philosophical concepts of potency, viability or design of man which often are used in Bioethics, appear too elucidated".]
