Abstract
["The article consists of two parts. First, the ontological, ethical and juridical implications of the concept of person since the Greek Philosophy, the Roman Civil Right and the Christianity are examined. Later, the actual advance of the Genetic allows to extend to the nasciturus the status of person by reason of the same genetic programme. However the juridical codes are today far from presenting a unequivocal lecture of the embryo as person, apart from the legislation of Costa Rica".]
