Abstract
["The adoption of the new technologies in the countries in development requires a discernment of the practical keys for their use. This paper examines specially the difference between poíesis and praxis, without which rests alone the utilitarianism, the discrimination between the bears of the benefi ts of the development and the main part of the population, that is given up to its lot, and the unidimensional technical training to the detriment of the affectiv realm and of the selfcontrol of the person".]
