Abstract
["Currently the methods used to detect ovulation based on a series of facts which could be summarized in: a) The age of the corpus luteum, b) biochemistry triggered by the rupture follicle c) The biochemistry involved in ovarian follicular dynamics of cycle and d) The responses of target organs hormonal changes (1-5). from a practical standpoint can also sorting methods that detect the ovulation or the fertile period in two groups: a) evaluation of changes precede, coincide or follow the process ovulation and b) Detection of gonadotropins or hormonal steroids in serum, urine or saliva".]
