Abstract
["To live with responsibility and maturity Natural Methods, a required educational effort that begins to clarify some fundamental concepts and eliminate erroneous knowledge distorting the analysis - and therefore the - serene and objective diagnosis of the situation. Therefore, it is necessary to specify some ideas on which to base the "lowest common denominator " of all who are started on this area of health education.
