Processus d’altérité entre le personnel de santé et le malade dans la relation éducative en santé

Abstract

Les travaux de recherche que nous présentons, sont centrés sur le processus d’altérité dans la relation éducative qui se construit entre le soignant et le patient hospitalisé. L’objectif est d’identifier des traces de l’altérité dans les conceptions de la santé et de la maladie du soignant et du malade. Les données sont recueillies par entretiens cliniques conduits au chevet du malade avec une implication sur un temps long (environ une année). Les résultats montrent que la dynamique des conceptions de la santé et de la maladie du patient, leurs mises en tensions par la relation éducative permet l’émergence de l’altérité. Les patients rencontrés se décrivent d’abord comme objet de soin et la discussion porte sur l’hypothèse a postériori d’une étape, d’un chemin nécessaire.

The research works which we present are centered on the process of the otherness in the educational relation which builds itself between the nursing and the hospitalized patient. The objective is to identify tracks of the otherness in the conceptions of the health and the disease of the nursing and the patient. The data are collected by clinical consultations led at the bedside of the patient with an implication at the long time (approximately one year). The results (profits) show that the dynamics of the conceptions of the health and the disease of the patient, their stakes in tensions by the educational relation allows the emergence of the reality. The met patients are described at first as object of care and the discussion concerns the hypothesis a posteriori of a stage, a necessary road
