"The Code of Conduct applies to all employees (referred to collectively as ‘employees’) and sets expectations for Intel Corporation and its subsidiaries (referred to collectively as ‘Intel’). The Code also applies to our non-employee members of the Board of Directors with regard to their Intel-related activities. Specifics on seeking guidance and reporting ethical concerns, as well as other specifics, such as supplemental policies or guidelines related to this Code of Conduct, may differ by company and/or country and are subject to local laws.
