Abstract
In the sixties and seventies of the concerns of social theory and certain Latin American political projects was how to overcome underdevelopment and dependency. In most of the responses was this myth of steady progress, with varying degrees of socialization of property. After the onslaught of neoliberal cynical utopianism, the question re-emerged from a strong focus on reducing inequality gaps. The achievements in some cases, lie more in the dim state's ability to collect and distribute part of the income in aimed at democratizing wealth explicit policies. A neo-developmentalism and neo-Keynesianism This is alluded to in some national-popular expressing around the state, at least in its regulatory aspect of market projects"]
