Abstract
When massively collapsed houses of the poor in Haiti, under the earthquake, and the government had stopped working, I was getting Doctors Without Borders. The voice of Save The Children are raised tough in its 2010 annual report on the situation of children in the world, showing that the fourth highest rate of maternal mortality in the world is in the Indian villages of Peru. Despite the macro-economic developments in the country, there is a serious risk being Indian mother. Amnesty International, Nobel Peace Prize, denounced unequivocally the worst years in the genocide that was perpetrated by the military dictatorship in Argentina. Today ends of influence that is not executed by stoning a young girl in Iran"]
