A ética teológica e a neuroética [Theological ethics and neuroethics]

Abstract

" A presente reflexão procurou colaborar com a ética teológica no que diz respeito a uma necessidade de ser re-estruturada à luz da neuroética. Há como preocupação de fundo a pertinência e a relevância diante de uma sociedade secularizada, plural e democrática, que caminha a passos largos, a partir de uma mudança sociocultural e tecnocientífica, que leva a profundas mudanças na maneira de conceber a vida e o mundo. A primeira parte do texto buscou explicitar a importância da temática do pensar a ética teológica a partir da neuroética, o que exige entrar no mundo das descobertas da neurociência. Em seguida, apontou-se para o que seria uma ética teológica alicerçada nas conquistas da neurociência. Por último, trabalharam-se os elementos que devem constituir a ética teológica na perspectiva da neuroética. A reflexão apresentada demonstrou um pouco das questões e dos desafios que se colocam para a ética teológica na atualidade, partindo das conquistas da neurociência" ["The present reflection tried to collaborate with theological ethics as concerns a necessity of being re-structured in the light of neuroethics. There is as ground preoccupation the relevance and the pertinence of this endeavor before a secularized, plural and democratic society, which is very accelerated in all aspects, due to a social-cultural and techno-scientific change that leads to deep changes in the way of conceiving life and the world. The first part of the text considered theological ethics and set the importance of the theme of thinking bioethics from the perspective of neuroethics, which demands to enter in the world of the discoveries of neuroscience. Next, one pointed to what would be a theological ethics based on the conquests of neuroscience. Lastly, one were worked the elements that must constitute theological ethics in the perspective of neuroethics. The reflection presented demonstrated some elements of the questions and the challenges that are set for theological ethics in the present time, as regarded from the conquests of neuroscience"]
