Abstract
Accordingly, The law and lawyers contributed, no doubt, with his birth and development. However, unlike the United States, it seems that bioethics in Europe opened new perspectives to the right. First, she made the right overcome his refusal to face medical and scientific debates, their traditional boundaries to apply your reflection issues in the life sciences, with the consequence that some consider just the right legitimizing dubious practices while others see the new rules pressures that stifle medical and scientific freedom"]
