Abstract
Portanto, esses sujeitos devem ser compreendidos de forma holística e as ações em saúde devem se embasar na integralidade do ser humano" ["Adolescents are now thirty five million among Brazilian population, and most of them lack assistance and are in risk psychosocial and personal risk. This article aims to reflect about the vulnerability of adolescent considering biopsychosocial aspects related to them and political aspects of the Brazilian system of health. We identified as biopsychosocial risk situation: difficulties of access to school and to health services; violence; drug use and abuse of drugs; bad shelter conditions or absence; poverty; abuses; abandonment; compromising of family structure; precocious insertion in the labor market and exploration; social exclusion and cultural barriers; sexual exploration and prostitution; non-planned pregnancy and abortion; precocious and unprotected sexuality; suffering and psychological illnesses; conflictive feelings and emotional instability resulting from the hormonal explosion of the puberty. We conclude that these subjects must be understood in a holistic way and the actions in health must be based in the integrality of human beings"]
