Abstract
I was facing the door closed; I breathed deeply. I knew what was behind that door: A elderly patient confined to his hospital bed. In the room also find several family sitting around the bed, accompanying the sick. The problem was not the patient I was serious, but the prevailing atmosphere in place. He knew only entered the room, any conversation maintaining that were cease and all eyes would be directed toward me. Instead of meeting with smiling faces would have to face faces denoting anxiety, suspicion and mistrust. any of relatives would take a big role and begin the questions: "How is your name? What will my father, and why? Have you washed hands? "... and continue many other questions. each answer I give be incorporated in the sheet. Everything I do for the patient be carefully observed, analyzed and then recorded"]
