Abstract
At the same time found within himself a deep sense of presence God, encouraging him to continue. "Yes," wrote the famous Russian novelist, "While my intellect was working, something more in me was working well, and prevented me from acting ... a conscience Life as I came to call; era as a force that forced my mind to move in another direction and rescued me from my desperate situation"]
