| dc.description.abstract | "El objeto de la investigación científica es obtener nuevos conocimientos, los que eventualmente podrían contribuir al desarrollo tecnológico de los países. Durante el siglo veinte, Bernardo Houssay y un pequeño número de pioneros, crearon la Asociación Argentina para el Progreso de las Ciencias (AAPC). Finalmente, en 1958 se fundó el Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET). Estas instituciones permitieron que miles de investigadores pudieran investigar en tiempo completo en diferentes áreas del conocimiento. En este trabajo se analiza el desarrollo de las instituciones mencionadas y se efectúan consideraciones tecnológicas." | |
