Poslání neziskového sektoru v současné společnosti

Abstract

V mé práci Vás nejprve seznámím s historickým vývojem, posláním a cíly neziskových organizací, pro lepší ucelený pohled na danou problematiku. V následujících kapitolách charakterizuji neziskový sektor obecně jeho členění a typologii těchto organizací. Z důvodu rozsáhlosti daného tématu podrobněji popisuji pouze 4 základní formy těchto organizací, které jsou v České republice nejvíce využívané. U nich se věnuji jejich založení, registraci a vzniku, povinné kapitálové vybavenosti, vkladové povinnosti zakladatelů, účelu a cíli neziskové organizace a v neposlední řadě veřejným informačním výstupům. Dále se v mé práci můžete seznámit s právní úpravou neziskového sektoru na našem území a také se strukturou v této oblasti a jeho financování. Na závěr mé práce se soustředím na současnou českou společnost a postavení neziskového sektoru a v neposlední řadě také na vnímání této problematiky navenek.

In my thesis will first learn about the historical development, mission and objectives of NGOs, for better holistic view of the issue. The following chapters describe the nonprofit sector in general, its structure and typology of these organizations. Due to vastness of the topic in more detail describe only 4 basic forms of these organizations in the Czech Republic are the most used. For them to devote their establishment, registration and establishment, required capital adequacy, deposit obligations of founders, purpose and objectives of the non-profit organization and last but not least public information outlets. Furthermore, in my work you can become familiar with legislation nonprofit sector in our country and also with the structure in this region and its financing. At the end of my work I focus on the current status of Czech society and NGO sector and last but not least, the perception of the issue outward.
