Abstract
According to statistics from the General Council of the Judiciary, forced evictions for rent totaling 274,000 between 2008 and 2011 (188 per day) and homeownership releases from foreclosure over 350,000 between 2008 and 2012 (190 per day ). Together both, you will reach a staggering 624,000 evictions, representing 3.5 of the buildings in major existing homes in Spain (17.9 million)"]
