Abstract
The Forum cures Madrid want with this Note to realize where his reflection gone along this course now ending. What began after it was fifty years of the opening of Vatican II, which took place on October 11, 1962, and when it appeared on the horizon and the fiftieth anniversary of its closing, on 8 December 1965. Encouraged by these references, we thought it appropriate to let a little more intense and explicit than usual invaded our meetings this course the spirit of dialogue that encouraged the bishops and theologians who participated in this important event of the Catholic Church"]
