Abstract
When not step opens a speech in which he made explicit and articulate the meaning of the decisions by which it is governed, then that life is no longer strictly political to stand by itself in the field of "anti-politics" in public life, that which denies politics as such, although it has generated since the same policy as distortion or perversion of it. Dictatorships, as exemplifying the policy becomes antipolitics give pure samples do not require words to give account of himself -another thing are the unquestioned statements or speeches aimed at mass condemned to obey, whose verbiage must classify in the section of irrational clamor"]
