Abstract
["A reflection on the current state of "actually existing" democracy in our geographic area can not ignore the global context in which it survives, especially when we are in the midst of a systemic and multidimensional crisis that affects us on today. We must start, therefore, that this historical moment is qualitatively different from that characterized the development of this type of "democracy" in the societies of the member countries of the OECD after World War II"]
