Abstract
RIGHT of peoples, their countries or unions of States to define their agricultural and food policy, without dumping towards third countries. It is the right of farmers to produce food and the right of consumers to decide what they consume, and how and by whom it is produced. Food sovereignty entails prioritizing local agricultural production to feed the population, and includes access / peasants / as and the landless to land, water, seeds and credit. Hence the need for land reforms, the fight against GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms), in favor of free access to seeds and keep the water as a public good that is distributed in a sustainable way"]
