Abstract
[Concerned about the impact of tourism , ATALANTE understood the urgent need to explain more than prohibit, to open the mind to the difference and respect. In return, the three travelers suggested to Christophe Leservoisier (co-founder of Atalanta ), to draft a code of conduct between an agency and its passengers. Thus was born, in 1996, the Charter of Ethics Voyageur, which argues that only by the understanding of those we meet, we can contribute personally to the safeguarding of people and nature. In 1999, sharing the principle that "there are no bad tourists, but uninformed travelers," " the Lonely Planet travel guide editor, joined with Atalanta for wider dissemination of these recommendations, who wish to help travelers magnify his journey."]
