Abstract
Who does not know a little history will surely think that in the Catholic Church are immovable standards. Nothing could be further from the truth. In the thirteenth century bulls of Pope Innocent IV and XVI Pope Leo X claimed to be "the Spirit will burn heretics" and Galileo was censored to prevent scientific reason could be established outside the Magisterium. More recently, it still maintained that the Church "is an unequal society" that "class divisions in society conforms to God's will" that "religious freedom was little more than a delusion" that "the marriage was a contract between a man and a woman to procreate ""]
