Abstract
In this paper, some key legal issues commonly called "dependency law" threshed. A law that is configured as a response to a social emergency, but it is not a sufficient tool to reverse historical injustices, whether in relation to individuals 'served' (right to a dignified life that is respected and assess the functional diversity) or the "caregivers" (right to choose whether or not to care, and in any case, with effective social support to maintain quality of life)"]
