Abstract
This is the world map of poverty: where the definitions of north and south are relative, if we look at a map projection Peters: Australia, a continent rich, is far to the south, while half of Africa and most of Asia are by above the line of Ecuador ... and where there are 963 million hungry (FAO, 2008), where 75% are food producers to global pantry, are small farmers, fishermen and shepherds who lack access to resources necessary to produce the food they need to lead fulfilling and dignified life"]
