Statement of Ethics

Abstract

Our Company is committed to maintaining an environment in which our Associates are proud to work, our suppliers and other business partners know that they are being dealt with fairly, and our shareholders can invest with confidence. In furtherance of these goals, we have updated our Company’s Statement of Ethics to take into account recent changes in laws and regulations. This revised Statement of Ethics applies to all of our Associates worldwide as well as the members of our Board of Directors. It is critical that you read this Statement of Ethics carefully.
