IBM BUSINESS CONDUCT GUIDELINES

Abstract

This is particularly relevant to what we agree explicitly to do and not do as individuals when conducting IBM's business. Each one of us makes decisions that could affect our company and its reputation-- whether with one person or with millions of people. At one level, the IBM Business Conduct Guidelines are a document of conduct we establish for ourselves to help us comply with laws and good ethical practices. We regularly review and update it as business and the world at large become more complex, and as the need for such guidelines becomes greater.
