Abstract
Last 23th of September the Government of Spain moved away the Abortion Draft wich was wrote by the Department of Justice. There were social and political reasons behind that decision. But the social fact is not the unique fundamental element of Biolaw. The objective of this article is to value, from the point of view of the Biolaw, if that pre legislative text was according to the Spanish Constitution and the European Union Right"]
