Abstract
Para isto recepciona-se trabalhos de autores diversos, que apresentam sincronicidade relevante, entre eles André Mattelart, Ashis Nandy, Boaventura de Souza Santos, Bruno Sciberras de Carvalho, Néstor Garcia Canclini, Henrique Antoun, Frantz Fanon, Joel Birman, Martín-Barbero e Terry Eagleton" ["This paper advances the understanding that only a psychopolitics perspective, epistemically open to the sedimentation of traditions, allows overcoming the effective epistemic privilege that moves the theories of progress and the irresponsible of their psychic results, social and environmental, that are supported by the Academy through its replication of rational choice theory and its post-modern movements that restrict the political and human reason to the reified abstraction of the market and to the idea of social scarcity, make knowing and acting become just to repeat what it’s seen. It is investigated here how the political philosophy of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, in setting up interculturally traditions from civilizing perspectives of India and the West pre-modern or not, focuses on cognitive and axiological reason exercised in controlling the formation process of the will, mandatory requirement for free political activity as demanded by the distributed communication, cooperation and sustainability; only decolonization that individual agency do in his own mental territory allows the configuration of new, collective and sovereign lives, careers, politics, business, programs and projects. For this purpose, the article works with many authors who have relevant synchronicity, among them André Mattelart, Ashis Nandy, Boaventura de Souza Santos, Bruno de Carvalho Sciberras, Nestor Garcia Canclini, Henrique Antoun, Frantz Fanon, Joel Birman, Martín-Barbero and Terry Eagleton"]
