"Dentro del nuevo contexto mundial que se sustenta en los discursos del neoliberalismo y de la globalidad, ¿qué será de Africa subsahariana? Su tasa de crecimiento demográfico sigue siendo la más elevada del mundo (aproximadamente 3,3%); las economías - cuya deuda externa asciende a 150 mil millones de dólares -, al ser básicamente monoproductoras y extravertidas, son vulnerables frente a las fluctuaciones de los precios de las materias primas, impuestos por los consumidores; los regímenes dictatoriales militares y civiles contribuyeron especialmente a agravar el proceso de desarrollo en Africa al sur del Sahara "

Export search results
