Abstract
The Brazilian bioethics, although late, woke up in the 1990s with significant progress. Had also begun to work in this period the specialization courses on "Bioethics and Health Pastoral Care" in São Camilo University Center and the "Bioethics" at the University of Brasilia (UNB). At UNB, specifically, was established in 1995, a specific line of research in bioethics within the Interdisciplinary Program of Graduate Studies (MA and Ph.D.) in Health Sciences with regular supply of places"]
