Abstract
I prepare to defend the chronology established by Ussher in while a commendable effort for its time; and to argue that their intended ridiculous aspect is the result only of a lamentable poverty view, born of our unhealthy habit of judging the distant past and distinct in light of current criteria (the same way as our fun describe a primate of the Church as an ape provided with robes reverses the history of the uses of this word, for his ecclesiastical definition is the primary, while zoological is derived)"]
